2. Services

We provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Calgary, Okotoks, Chestermere, and surrounding areas.
All service details, including rates, duration, and scope of work, will be confirmed during booking. Prices may vary depending on the size, condition, and specific requirements of the property.

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a service if conditions are unsafe or significantly different from the description provided during booking.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

To ensure availability, please book your cleaning appointment in advance.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

If our team arrives and cannot access the property or begin work for reasons beyond our control, a lockout fee may apply.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept e-transfer, credit card, or cash payments.
Invoices are available upon request and may include applicable taxes (GST).

For recurring cleanings, payments are typically processed after each visit.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with the cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will arrange to address the issue promptly.
We do not offer refunds but will gladly return to correct any areas that did not meet expectations.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Providing safe access to the property at the scheduled time
Securing valuables and fragile items before the cleaning
Informing our team of any special cleaning requirements, allergies, or sensitive surfaces

We are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, unstable fixtures, or items not properly secured.

7. Liability and Safety

Our cleaners are trained, professional, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment.
However, NF Sparkle Cleaning is not responsible for:

Accidents caused by unsafe work areas or hazardous conditions
Loss or damage of items not reported within 24 hours after service
Indirect or consequential damages arising from service performance

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms
