If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service you received, please contact us within 24 hours after the cleaning appointment. We will carefully review your concern and offer one of the following solutions:

Service Re-clean:
If the issue is related to the quality of the cleaning, we will gladly return to your location and re-clean the affected area at no additional cost. -
Partial Refund:
In rare cases, if a re-clean is not possible, we may offer a partial refund depending on the situation and scope of the issue. -
No Refund Policy:
Please note that we cannot offer refunds for:-
Services performed more than 24 hours ago.

Areas not included in the original cleaning order.

Situations caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., poor lighting, cluttered spaces, or access restrictions).

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
